Exercise your mind and body with the KCLS collection!  Take us with you on your journey into fitness.  We have information about walking and other forms of exercise, health and nutrition, or fun and interesting fiction to take on your adventure.

  • Use our library specific neighborhood walking maps with links to content about where you are or where you're going
  • Take an audiobook, player, or downloadable from KCLS along for your walk or ride
  • Use one of our Walking Logs to keep track of your progress--it's easy!
  • Write reviews of the KCLS items you've read or listened to
